Château d'Yquem 2021

Château d'Yquem 2021 continues the legend of the only Premier Cru Supérieur of the 1855 classification in Sauternes. A blend of Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc from botrytised grapes harvested in successive passes, Yquem is the absolute pinnacle of sweet wine.

The 2021 offers a liqueur of great purity: candied apricot, roasted pineapple, acacia honey, saffron and citrus zest, carried by vibrant acidity that guarantees freshness and balance. A wine capable of living for a century.
