Truffes

The Provence summer truffle (Tuber aestivum), also known as the Saint John's truffle, is harvested from May to August in the limestone soils of southern France.

Milder than the winter black truffle, it offers a delicate aroma of forest floor and hazelnut, best expressed shaved raw at the end of cooking over fresh pasta, an omelette, a risotto or simply butter.

Our truffles are fresh and shipped quickly. Keep them refrigerated in an airtight container with absorbent paper, and enjoy them preferably within a few days of delivery.
