PSI PINGUS is Peter Sisseck's PSI, a Ribera del Duero from old vines of partner growers.

The wine offers aromas of dark fruit, black cherry and sweet spices, with generous flesh and velvety tannins. Enjoy now or cellar for 5 to 15 years.

Pairings: roast lamb, jamón ibérico, sheep's cheeses. Storage: lying down, 12–14 °C. Careful, insured delivery throughout Switzerland.
