Château Cos d'Estournel, Second Growth of Saint-Estèphe, is famous for its oriental pagoda cellars as much as for the richness of its wines. Set on a gravel rise at the border of Pauillac, it combines exuberance and refinement.
Blackcurrant, exotic spices, mocha and candied dark fruit compose an opulent bouquet, carried by an ample texture and pedigreed tannins. A cellaring wine for 15 to 40 years.
Pairings: spiced lamb, duck, refined oriental cuisine. Storage: lying down, 12–14 °C. Insured delivery throughout Switzerland.
